Curry, Green Make Highlight Plays As Warriors Break Spurs, Playoff Records NBA Playoffs

A Kawhi-less San Antonio Spurs were taken apart by the Warriors in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals. With no Tony Parker as well, the Spurs were just not equipped to deal with the Warriors.

Game 2, therefore, was all about the Warriors and how well-oiled they were offensively. And to Golden State’s credit, they made it look oh-so-simple. Kind of like this Draymond Green assist:

The home team also broke a record that was around since 1977. It was the first time in 40 years that a Warriors’ team scored a 136 points in the NBA Playoffs.

The Spurs, meanwhile, were relegated to being on the wrong end of history as they were subjected to their third-worse NBA Playoff loss by the Warriors.

Most of the damage was done by Steph Curry. Catch this insane move by the MVP to destroy the Spurs:

And lastly, while the Spura might not have had the best of days at the office, they did have one moment to hold onto. Watch this driving reverse dunk by Dewayne Dedmon.
